• Shipping and Returns: Vendors are responsible for setting shipping terms, meeting stated delivery timelines, and establishing return/refund policies.
• Fees: 5Alive charges commission fees on each sale. Vendors agree to pay these fees as per the commission structure outlined in their account settings.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Users agree not to engage in activities that:
  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Involve the sale of prohibited items (e.g., counterfeit goods, illegal substances).
  • Disrupt the marketplace, spread malware, or compromise 5Alive's security.
  • Mislead, deceive, or impersonate others.

6. Payment Terms

• Buyers: Payment is due at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are outlined at checkout.
• Vendors: Earnings will be credited to vendor accounts after deducting applicable fees and will be available for withdrawal following our payment processing schedule.
• Refunds and Disputes: Buyers and vendors must adhere to the platform’s refund and dispute resolution process.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for packing, shipping, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to buyers.
• Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

• Vendors are responsible for any bank fees or third-party charges associated with payouts.

• Vendor Content: Vendors retain ownership of the content they post, but grant 5Alive a license to use, display, and promote it across the platform.
• Platform Content: 5Alive owns all rights to its logos, trademarks, and proprietary content, which may not be copied or used without permission.
